From our first initial call to the very last song played on the evening of your wedding I’ll curate, organize, and coordinate your customized wedding planning experience. Full-service VIP planning will not only save you from the headaches, stress and time spent researching,, but it will also elevate your experience in having a "go-to" seasoned professional on your team who will guide you through each and every step simplifying tasks, acting as your liaison and lessening the load so it will not be so overwhelming. My goal is to exceed your every expectation.
During our time working together, I will be your quintessential guide through every step, assisting with the tedious tasks and planning all of the multifaceted logistics and details for you to truly enjoy the entire planning process. It is my goal to assist you in planning a stress free wedding because the last thing you want is for this process to become another job you simply do not have the time to take on. While carefully hand selecting your list of “dream team” industry professionals or creating meticulously planned schedules and working together to achieve assigned deadlines to ensure your priorities needs and expectations are managed in a timely order, your best interest is always my first priority.

Full access to our online management platform. Assistance in mood board creation to bring your vision to life. Unlimited sourcing of venues and vendors. Guidance with full budget management and allocation. Creation of master day of timeline. Payment schedule management through our online platform. Full communication and correspondence via phone, email, virtually through zoom. All venue tours and final meetings, as well as vendor meetings.
Investment: Following our phone consultation a customized agreement will be sent to you for your reviewal. A 10% retainer of your package investment along with the signed agreement by both clients is required to officially secure services.

Partial Wedding Planning
You’ve been engaged for a bit and have already gotten a head start with planning your special day. You have chosen your official wedding date, venue and maybe even a vendor or two.
Whether you are struggling with finding the right vendors, or have found the right vendors but struggling to bring all the details together, wedding planning can become a daunting task. As you sit at your computer each night after a long day of work searching to find the most perfect remaining vendors to complete your team, and your contracted vendors are asking for you to complete questionnaires, finalize timelines and all of your remaining tasks and "to-do's" are growing rather than simplifying, I swoop in to save the day and bring a sense of ease in knowing you are in great hands.
Share with me all you have planned thus far and I will complete all the remaining phases with you, leaving no stone unturned, asking you all of the most important questions, possibly things you may not have even thought of all while perfecting every little detail, and working in partnership with all of your vendors. I will ensure all of your plans you have worked so hard on are organized and managed through our online platform so we can pickup right from where you left off.
I’ll be there to ensure everything you've worked so hard on goes exactly as planned, applying my expertise, industry experience and savvy skills in navigating wedding day execution. As your wedding day approaches, and on your special day, you will feel a sense of relief in knowing I will be by your side to manage the execution and flow. From assisting with the finishing touches in your reception space, to delivering the design aesthetic you were hoping to achieve, making sure you, your family, bridal party and guests are tended to, and being there for you from the start of hair and makeup till your very last dance, don't you worry about a thing- I have got you covered!
Focusing on every aspect starting between 6-8 months prior to your event, Partial Planning Services include but are not limited to:
Our first initial call after booking is scheduled to assess everything you have planned thus far, and further discuss which remaining phases in the planning process need to be completed. Access to our online management platform. Venue tour, unlimited phone, text & email correspondence/communication. Completion of tasks including wedding vendor questionnaires, reviewal of contracts. Payment schedule management through our online platform. Master wedding day timeline, ceremony rehearsal coordination, wedding day timeline and coordination including vendor liaison.

Day-Of Coordination
When you imagine your wedding day, you might envision the most gorgeous intimate ceremony, or maybe a private first look sharing all of the feels and emotions you have been waiting to express. Surrounded by the most special people in your lives, you have worked so hard to plan this wedding in its entirety, but certainly do not want your loved ones feeling like hired help on your very special day..
You have one job on your very special day, and that is to sit back, relax and enjoy all of the pampering. The last thing you want is you or one of your bridesmaids playing wedding planner. Makeup Artists asking what your room number is? Transportation has arrived, but who will they call? Groomsmen are texting because they aren't sure what time to be at the church, and was it programs they were supposed to distribute? Does anyone know how to bustle your dress, or even better those little elastic fasteners that must go around each and every button from the top of your neck and down your entire back? - Don't even think about it.... I've got you covered!
All of this is happening while you’re trying to look incredible for this magnificent day you worked so hard to plan and invest so much in! As difficult as it may be for the bride who likes to be in control,, or what most will tell me as being "type A" allow me to fully manage your wedding day. When you need something, I will be there every moment for everything you think of. Chances are, I will know exactly what you're are thinking before you can even say it. I promise the only thought in your mind should be looking beautiful, having the best time and marrying your soulmate as I manage the seamless transition of events and every little single detail that was most important to you.
Focusing on every aspect starting 5 weeks prior to your event, Day of Coordination includes but is not limited to:
Our first initial call after booking is scheduled five weeks prior to your wedding to assess everything you have planned thus far. Unlimited communication via email, phone and text is key. I will reach out to all of your vendors explaining my role and responsibilities in executing the most perfect wedding day as you had imagined. We will catch up weekly to discuss all details and logistics as your wedding plans unfold tying up any loose ends, and ensuring every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed. Setting up of breakfast in your getting ready location, dress steaming, managing your first look, gathering all your important belongings needed for the day, complimentary emergency kit, ceremony management, cocktail hour, and reception management, coordination of formalities including the introductions, first dance, prayers, welcome speeches, toasts, cake cutting, and other special announcements or traditions you have chosen to incorporate building a cohesive master plan including all contracted vendors.
