What time does your services begin on the wedding day, and what can we expect?

I will be your alarm clock- don’t worry! I arrive bright and early. Let’s get that Starbucks order in, and the champagne poppin! I will make sure you and your girls are enjoying your breakfast while being pampered by your hair and makeup team! I will be there to steam all dresses, set up all your details for the photography team,  receive all incoming deliveries and tidy up so everything is photo ready. The only thing you have to worry about is looking incredible for your big day!

Do you Carry Liability insurance?

Yes absolutely! If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, please let me know and I will be happy to provide them with a copy.

Is there a benefit to using your preferred vendors and can you get us discounts or save us money?

After over a decade of experience in Sales and Account Management, I like to consider myself a pretty good negotiator. It’s about asking the right questions, building the most perfect vendor team and not making costly mistakes along the way.

Throughout my journey as a wedding planner, I have met hundreds of amazingly talented wedding professionals. While I cannot promise “discounts” what I can promise is quality. However, if any perks or discounts are passed along, we do not accept any commissions and any added value will certainly be passed along to our clients.

When should we hire you?

Immediately for Full Service Planning. Most of our couples hire us 6-18 months prior to their big day for other planning and coordination services, However, I have also been challenged coming on 72 hours prior to a wedding. While we certainly do not recommend waiting until last minute, to ensure your date is available we suggest in reaching out as soon as your date is chosen as most dates are booking out over a year in advance.

What if our venue or catering team provides a venue coordinator?

The oh so MOST Popular question...Something that is often confused in this industry is the difference between a Day of Coordinator and Venue Coordinator. While this person has a very similar title and share similar responsibilities,  their role is very different than the services I’m providing to you.

 

If your venue or catering team provides a “coordinator”, (event manager, wedding planner, etc)— that is wonderful! I am all about team work, and building relationships. That specific individual and I will work together  as a team to help guide you through the finer details that pertain to the venue itself. They are not responsible for any other planning aspects that would involve  booking, or coordinating details with any other vendors beyond what takes place at the venue.

What is the best way to find out more in regards to pricing and packages available?

From there, we then offer you a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your needs and expectations as well as all of the details that surround your big day thus far and most importantly how I can potentially help you through the process. Every client is unique, and we tailor all of our services to your needs! . Tell me your dreams,  and allow me  turn them into a reality. The first consultation is scheduled through our online calendar. and will take place via phone. please keep in mind all consultations are by appointment only.
